Since 1955 the Verdi brothers have been producing excellent vinegars, in 1979 they were the first to select a Chianti wine vinegar, obtained with a Chianti wine aged in oak barrels and a Valdichiana white vinegar typical of the area.
The Organic Vinegars, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., Apple Vinegar and the latest addition, the Blood Orange Vinegar complete this "Fantasy of Flavors".
